Kat Gabrielle is a 3x Social Impact Entrepreneur, Speaker, and Facilitator. Her work is informed by her identity as a Black, queer, woman.
Before founding The Well Work, Kat had already made significant contributions to the advancement of Black professionals and the promotion of equitable workplaces. She founded a jobs platform specifically for Black creatives, providing a platform for talent in the creative industry to showcase their skills and connect with opportunities.
Kat also established her own consultancy, focusing on helping organizations such as Google, M&C Saatchi, Vox, and Stanford University create inclusive and equitable workplaces for historically marginalized communities. Her expertise in HR, DEI, and leadership development has allowed her to implement transformative strategies and initiatives that drive positive change within these organizations.
Kat's efforts extend beyond her professional work. She is actively involved in facilitating globally recognized leadership programs and is a frequent speaker on the topic of Black liberation. Her dedication and advocacy are centered around advancing the rights and opportunities of Black women, and her life's work is entirely devoted to their advancement.
